Divine Touch Therapy is a combination of massage and energy work, specifically in the releasing of traumas we all incur throughout our life. Combine this style of healing massage with Barbara’s Coaching packages. First session for thus type of work 90 min.

Swedish Massage $75 & $105Your basic light to medium pressure. Soothing and relaxing.

Deep Tissue Massage $90 & $130In 60 minute and 90 minute for deeper pressure to manipulate muscle tissue to release tight, tense muscles. TPR and Stretching included as needed.

Thai Bodywork $130Performed on floor on top of a Thai Mat while clothed. Lots of passive stretching while working on what's called NADIS. This is part of the meridian system. Practitioner uses their hands and feet to perform work. 90 min only

Spirit (similar to Esalen) Massage $100 & $140Long flowing strokes that evoke love and care to your mind, body, and soul. Like hugs, dance, rhythm. Can include stretching, TPR, quantum touch, polarity, and thai. A nice mix of several modalities. Light draping.
